How to identify impacts, engage stakeholders, assess material topics, prioritize reporting issues and define the organization’s reporting focus.
Module 5: Defining Report Boundaries and Organizational Scope
Determining entities, operations, value chain boundaries, reporting period, data coverage and limitations in line with GRI reporting expectations.
Module 6: ESG Data Collection and Data Governance
Designing ESG data collection processes, assigning data owners, managing evidence, improving data quality and establishing internal controls for sustainability information.
Module 7: Environmental Disclosures and Indicators
Reporting environmental topics such as energy, emissions, water, waste, materials, biodiversity, climate-related risks and environmental compliance.
Module 8: Social Disclosures and Indicators
Reporting labor practices, occupational health and safety, training, diversity, human rights, community impacts, customer responsibility and supply chain-related social topics.
Module 9: Governance, Ethics and Compliance Disclosures
Governance structure, ethics, anti-corruption, risk management, compliance, policies, board oversight and organizational accountability.
Module 10: Preparing GRI-Based Disclosures and Report Content
How to draft disclosures, organize report sections, present indicators, explain methodologies, disclose limitations and align narrative with GRI requirements.
Module 11: Digital ESG Data Management and Reporting Tools
Use of spreadsheets, dashboards, ESG platforms, document control systems, data validation workflows and digital reporting practices.
Module 12: Assurance Readiness and Greenwashing Prevention
Preparing sustainability data for assurance, evidence management, internal review procedures, claim substantiation and prevention of misleading or unsupported disclosures.
Module 13: Final Practical Exercise and Online Examination
Development of a simplified GRI-based reporting structure, review of selected disclosures and final online assessment.
